Shipping

  • Estimated Shipping

As stated in the FAQ it takes 5-7 days to process an in-stock item. If you live in the US then it should take another 5-7 days before the item delivers to you. For international orders it can take 1-2 months to be delivered after it has been shipped out. Preorder items usually take about a month or more for the item to get to us and then be shipped out. (This depends on the preorder item) Please do not purchase a preorder item if you are unable to wait.

  • Incorrect Address/Returned Packages

If your package has been returned to me due to incorrect/insufficient address, you will have to pay for shipping once more to have your package resent to you. If you no longer want the item or refuse to pay the shipping once more, I will simply refund your order. Keep in mind shipping fees aren't refundable so it is only the items you are being refunded for.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. If you see that there is a mistake in your address prior to the item being shipped, please contact bluewolfangelshop@gmail.com to have your address changed as soon as possible.

  • Untracked Packages

Items such as stickers or Valentine's Day cards won't come with a tracking number since it is being sent by letter. It should still reach to you within the right time frame nonetheless.

  • Lost/Missing/Damaged Packages

Unfortunately once the package is dropped off to the delivery service, we will no longer be liable for your package. You will have to result to USPS to track down the package and you may file a claim towards them if you purchased shipping insurance (offered separately) to get your money back. We will not offer refunds or deliver another item if this happens.

  • "Delivered" but no package found

Commonly this happens because USPS sometimes marks items delivered before they go out for delivery so wait a day or two. If your item doesn't show up soon ask your neighbors if they have seen it. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact your local post office. The postmaster should be able to run a GPS trace on your package and will consult the person responsible for delivery. In most cases, you'll be able to locate your package this way.

Store Policy

  • Cancellations/Changes

Cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If you want to make changes to an order, we will cancel your previous order and you will have to make a new order with the changes.

  • Refunds/Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
