- How much does shipping cost to __ ?
Here the shipping rates on our website are calculated automatically when you are about to purchase an item. If you are wondering what type of service we use, we use USPS shipping rates. We ship using domestic & International First-Class and Priority Mail services. Take note that international shipping rates are much higher than in country shipping rates due to covid. So we appreciate you for your understanding.
- What happens to my in-stock items if I purchase a preorder item with them?
Your in-stock item will ship out right along with your preorder item. If you would like your in-stock item sooner we suggest to order the preorder items and in-stock items separately.
- Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Please make sure to check the status of your items before ordering! This can be found right below the item you are about to purchase in the description. Preorder items will take up additional time before they are ready to ship, and in-stock items take 5-7 days processing before they ship out. If you need an item sooner please let me know in your order comments. However understand that once the package is out of our hands we cannot do anything about it. That's the mail's responsibility now.
